I ordered a few baby items from Zoe Baby it was a good experience overall. The stuff was really cute and looked just like I expected from the pictures. Shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d probably order from them again if I come across something I like.

The box arrived completely smashed up, like it had gone a few rounds with the delivery truck. The packaging was super flimsy too — real “premium protection” energy, if by premium you mean barely trying. The item didn’t seem well protected at all, so that was disappointing.

The material is soft enough for baby stuff, so it’s not like it’s scratchy or unusable. I just thought it would feel a little smoother, especially for the price. After washing, it was still okay, but maybe a bit less soft than before. I kind of feel like my expectations don’t really matter here because it’s being treated as “good enough,” but to me it’s average. Not terrible, just not amazing.

I really like this for my baby. It feels safe and sturdy to me, and I didn’t notice any weird smells when I opened it, which made me feel a lot better about using it

I’m the kind of person who just looks for the obvious path — find the item, add it, check out, done. But this site made that way harder than it needed to be. I couldn’t quickly spot what I was looking for, the pages felt cluttered, and checkout had me second-guessing what to click next. After a while I just gave up. Definitely not a smooth experience

I’ve been browsing zoebaby.com i pretty much liked the overall vibe right away. The designs are soft, simple, and cute without being too loud or over the top.

The colors are really nice too, and a lot of the baby clothes have that clean, sweet look I was hoping to find. The website was easy to move around on as well, which I always appreciate.

I’m giving it 4 stars just because I wish there were a few more style options in certain sizes. Other than that, I’m happy with what I saw and would check back again...

I’m still waiting on my delivery and haven’t gotten any kind of update. I kept checking my phone like it was going to magically fix itself, but nope. Funny enough, I ended up reorganizing my kitchen while waiting, which was not the plan for my day at all. Anyway, the order never showed up, and I have no idea what’s going on

My order came exactly as I placed it and there weren’t any real issues. it was more just bad timing than anything else, but the order itself was totally fine.

The exchange instructions weren’t very clear either, so I kept having to follow up and ask what was going on. Maybe I caught them at a busy time or something, but I remember checking my email after work a few days in a row because I still hadn’t heard anything. It eventually got sorted out, but it definitely wasn’t as simple as it should’ve been.

I was hoping zoebaby.com would have more baby stuff to browse around, but the selection felt limited. A few categories were kind of thin, and some things I was looking for just weren’t there. The site itself is okay, but I didn’t find enough options to really make ordering feel worth it.

I ordered a few baby bits from Zoe Baby, i’m probably a bit biased because I love finding a decent deal on baby stuff. For the price, I thought it was good value.

The quality was better than I expected. It’s not the fanciest stuff out there, but it does the job and feels perfectly fine for everyday use. Delivery was okay, though maybe a little slower than I’d hoped.
Overall, I’m happy with what I paid compared with what I got. If I spotted another good deal on there, I’d probably order again.

It looked really cute when I first got it, so I was excited. But after just a few weeks of normal use, it already started showing wear. For the price, I expected it to hold up better. I also kind of felt ignored when I tried to look for help or answers about it, which made the whole thing more frustrating.

I really wanted to like this, but my baby looked so uncomfortable in it that I felt bad keeping them in there. They kept fussing and shifting around, and as a parent you can just tell when something doesn’t feel right. It may work for others, but for us it didn’t feel comfy enough

I was able to get around the site easily, and I found the baby items without too much hassle. The pages loaded fine on my end, and the photos were clear enough to see what I was looking at.
But the menu felt kind of messy at times. I, well, I had to click around more than I thought I would, especially when trying to filter products. It’s not a bad website at all, just feels like it could use a little smoothing out to make shopping easier.

I had a small issue with my order, but support got back to me quickly. It took one extra message to fully sort things out, but overall it was a smooth experience and the service was good.
